Family Income Survey
Dear Families,
In an effort to ensure that our school’s funding accurately reflects its needs, we are asking you to complete a Family Income Survey for each student attending Jefferson Parish Schools. This survey allows the District to collect household income information, which ensures that your school receives the full funding to which it is entitled when free/reduced-price meal applications are not collected.
Please complete a separate survey for each student, not just one survey per household. Access the survey using the link below. If you cannot access the survey electronically, please contact the school to request a paper copy.
